What is SDB-001?
SDB-001, 2NE1 or APICA is one of the latest synthetic cannabinoid research chemicals to hit the market. Shown to act as a potent agonist for both cannabinoid receptors; SDB-001 has a high affinity for both the CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors. Preliminary testing revealed SDB-001 to have an IC50 of 175nM at CB1, being only slightly less than that of JWH-018 which had an IC50 of 169nM. SDB-001 bound over four times tighter than SDB-001, which had an IC50 of 824nM. It was found in some of the first publication that SDB-001 possessed cannabis-like effects in rats and had slightly less potency that JWH-018 and slightly more potency than THC.
